Mercedes-Benz's new EQA and EQB are on sale, with unchanged prices and upgraded configurations
On August 1, Mercedes-Benz officially announced the launch of the new EQA and EQB electric vehicles, with official prices remaining unchanged at 322,000 yuan for the new EQA and 352,000 yuan and 428,000 yuan for the two new EQB models. Although the prices remain unchanged, the two models have been upgraded in appearance and configuration, with AMG body style components, and for the first time equipped with luminous star logos and newly designed taillights, as well as a dark night star array closed grille, which enhances the recognition and fashion sense of the appearance.
The salesperson pointed out that the inventory of the old EQA and EQB has been basically cleared out, and the number of cars available is limited. For consumers who buy the car immediately, they can enjoy a cash discount of about 140,000 yuan if they pay in full, and about 160,000 yuan if they choose to buy the car with a loan.
In terms of interior, the new EQA and EQB adopt a new style of sports steering wheel and are equipped with a luminous star emblem for the first time, which enhances the luxury of the interior. At the same time, the performance of the second-generation MBUX intelligent human-computer interaction system has been improved, and its mind-reading voice assistant now supports dual voice commands and wake-up-free functions, making the driving experience more convenient. In addition, the entire series has added personalized simulated sound waves, smog terminator 3.0 and adaptive high and low beam functions, and the EQA has also added front seat heating function, further improving comfort and practicality.
In terms of power system, the new EQA has a maximum power of 140kW, a peak torque of 385N·m, and a CLTC range of 619km. The new EQB offers two power options: single-motor and dual-motor four-wheel drive, with maximum power of 140kW and 215kW, peak torque of 385N·m and 520N·m, and CLTC range of 600km and 512km.
The launch of the new EQA and EQB not only continues Mercedes-Benz's traditional advantages in the field of electric vehicles, but also optimizes details and technological configurations, bringing consumers higher value choices.
