More space, more handsome appearance? Nezha S Shooting Brake is here, expected to be launched at the end of this month

  Recently, Nezha Automobile officially released a set of official pictures of its latest model - Nezha S  hunting car. This model is designed on the basis of Nezha S. The appearance has been carefully adjusted to show a more sporty style, and the space utilization has also been significantly improved. Nezha S, which is positioned in the medium and large car market, offers two power options: extended range version and pure electric version. It is reported that this Nezha S hunting vehicle is expected to officially enter the market at the end of this month. For reference, the price range of Nezha S currently on the market is 154,800 yuan to 224,800 yuan. Let’s take a closer look at this upcoming new model.

Let’s first analyze the exterior design. The adjustments to the front face are not major. The Nezha S hunting version continues to use a closed front grille, with split light groups on both sides. The upper light group is designed to be relatively slender, showing a sharp effect when lit. The bottom is a trapezoidal air inlet, and several significant lines are added to the front box cover, making the entire front face show a rich sense of layering.

The body design highlights the low-lying posture, and the slender lines outline the unique charm of the hunting suit style. The hidden door handles add a sense of modernity, and the lidar on the top indicates that it will be equipped with an advanced driver assistance system. The roof rack shown in the official pictures can be adapted to a variety of scenarios, whether it is loading luggage, placing bicycles or setting up tents, it perfectly fits its multi-functional positioning.

The new model incorporates eye-catching red calipers into the wheel design, adding a sporty style. The rear part adopts a unique through-type taillight design to improve the vehicle's recognition. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of this new car are 4980 mm, 1980 mm and 1480 mm respectively, and the wheelbase reaches 2980 mm. Compared with Nezha S, the new car has increased in body height.

In terms of power system configuration, it is understood that the new models to be launched will continue to use two power configurations: extended-range and pure electric. Specifically, the extended-range version is equipped with a 1.5-liter range extender, the maximum output power of its engine is 70 kilowatts, and the maximum output of the electric motor reaches 200 kilowatts. As for the pure electric version, consumers can choose a single-motor two-wheel drive or dual-motor four-wheel drive configuration. The maximum power of the single-motor version is 200 kilowatts, while the maximum power of the dual-motor version is 170 kilowatts and 200 kilowatts respectively.

In general, although the shooting brake market is relatively small, the launch of the Nezha S shooting brake version has undoubtedly injected fresh blood into this market segment.
